Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AICSCA CSC Foundation (AICSCA CSC Foundation), we are committed to maintaining transparency and clarity regarding membership cancellation and payment policies. Please read the following terms carefully before making any payment or contribution. Membership fees For 20 years.

1. Membership Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting the official support team through the registered email address, official website, or mobile number.

Members must provide their Full Name, Membership ID/Application ID, Registered Mobile Number, and Reason for Cancellation.

Once verified and approved, the membership shall be cancelled imCSCtely.

Upon cancellation, the member shall no longer be authorized to use the AICSCA CSC Foundation name, logo, membership identity card, certificate, or organizational designation.

2. Refund / Return / Replacement Policy

All payments, donations, membership fees, contributions, and support amounts made to AICSCA CSC Foundation are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

AICSCA CSC Foundation operates as a non-governmental organization (NGO), and all payments made through the platform are treated as voluntary donations for supporting social, awareness, educational, CSC, and organizational activities.

No refunds shall be issued after successful payment.

No return or replacement services are applicable for digital memberships, identity cards, certificates, donations, or organizational contributions.

Partial or full refunds shall not be provided under any circumstances.

Members and users are advised to carefully review all information before making any payment.

Payments once made cannot be cancelled, reversed, or disputed on the basis of non-usage of membership or organizational services.

3. Applicable Timelines / TAT

Membership cancellation requests are generally processed within 7 working days after successful verification.

As refunds are not applicable, no refund processing timeline applies.

4. Refund Mode

Refund mode is not applicable since AICSCA CSC Foundation follows a strict no-refund policy.

5. Cancellation Timelines & Process

Members may request cancellation at any time through official communication channels.

Cancellation requests must include membership details and registered contact information.

Upon verification, membership access and privileges may be terminated imCSCtely.

Cancellation requests received through unofficial channels may not be considered valid.
