ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ (CSC) ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರೇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ತನ್ನ ಉಪ-ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತವು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ. 1.40 ಶತಕೋಟಿ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು, ಧರ್ಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ವರ್ಗ ವಿಭಜನೆಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಇದರ ಜನರು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಇತರ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿವೆ. ದೇಶದ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡತನ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಕ್ಷರತೆ ಅರಿವಿನ ಕೊರತೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ “ವಸುಧೈವ ಕುಟುಂಬಕಂ” ಎಂಬ ಮನೋಭಾವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಸುಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಸಮಾಜದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾಗಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ನಾಗರಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬಹುದು.

ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆ, ಜಾತಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಊಳಿಗಮಾನ್ಯ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ಇತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ದೇಶದ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿವೆ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಮೊದಲು ವಿದೇಶಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಈ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದವು, ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ನಂತರ ವಿವಿಧ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಟ್-ಕಾಲರ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ದೇಶದ ಜನರನ್ನು ದಮನಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಶೋಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ನಂತರ ದೀರ್ಘ ಅವಧಿಯ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ, ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ಸ್ಫೋಟ, ಮೂಢನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಅನಕ್ಷರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆರೈಕೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ.

ಅಸಮಾನತೆ, ಬಡತನ, ಬಾಲ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಶೋಷಣೆ, ಊಳಿಗಮಾನ್ಯ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ಕೋಮುವಾದ, ಜಾತೀಯತೆ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ, ಪರಿಸರ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ, ಶಬ್ದ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ, ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ, ಸಂಚಾರ, ನೀರು, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್, ವಸತಿ, ವೃದ್ಧರು, ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರು, ರೈತರು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿವೆ. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿವೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ಉದ್ದೇಶವೆಂದರೆ ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಗಾ ಇಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು, ಜನರನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಕೊನೆಯ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅನಿಷ್ಟಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಢನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬಹುದು. ದೇಶದ ದೂರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಸಹ ಇದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಲಿಯಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಚಿನ್ನದಂತೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, ನಾವು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭೂದೃಶ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರೆ, ರೈತರು ಹಲವಾರು ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವಿನ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರು ಈ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಧೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ತನ್ನ ಉಪ-ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದೂರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ದಮನಿತರು ಮತ್ತು ದಮನಿತರ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ, ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ನಗರ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉಪ-ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್’ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಜನ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಸೈಬರ ಕಫೆ, ಜನ ಸೇವಾ ಆಪರೇಟರಗಳು, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಒನ್, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಒನ್, ಕಾಮನ್’ ಸರ್ವಿಸ ಸೆಂಟರ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಟೋಗ್ರಾಫರ್’ಗಳು, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್’ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಪ್ಯಾನ್’ ಕಾರ್ಡ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್’ ಮಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೂ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ ಸೇವಾ ಸೆಂಟರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಆನ್’ ಲೈನ್’ ಸೇವಾ ಸೆಂಟರ್’ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ದೇಶದ ಮೂಲೆ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ ವೆಬ್’ಸೈಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ವಿವಿಧ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಆನ್’ ಲೈನ್’ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ/ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಬುದ್ಧಿಜೀವಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಸದಾಶಿವಪ್ಪ ಕಡ್ಲಿಮಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು “R5Nance” ಎಂಬ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅವರ ತಂಡವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅನುಭವಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸೇವಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

CSC ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನ https://r5nance.in ಎಂಬ ಸೇವಾ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ತನ್ನ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಗುರಿ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು: ತರಬೇತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿಲ್ಲದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮತ್ತು ದೂರದ ನಾಗರಿಕರು. ಮೂಲಕ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು. ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್, ಹಾಗೂ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.
VLE ಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರ: ಈ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು (VLE ಗಳು) ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅವರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ: ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಒದಗಿಸುವಂತಹ ಸೇವೆಗಳು

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ G2C (ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ) ಮತ್ತು B2C (ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಿಂದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ) ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತವೆ, ಅವುಗಳೆಂದರೆ:

ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸೇವೆಗಳು: ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ (AePS), ವಿಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಜೀವನ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ್).
ಯುಟಿಲಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪಾವತಿಗಳು: ಮೊಬೈಲ್/ಡಿಟಿಎಚ್ ರೀಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್/ನೀರಿನ ಬಿಲ್ ಪಾವತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ ನೋಂದಣಿಗಳು, ದೂರಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಗಳು.
ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗಾಗಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಾಹಿನಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು.

ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.

Citizen Service Centers (AICSCA CSC) Foundation is a non-governmental organization registered by the Government of India, committed to serving the nation and the public by forming its sub-organizations on various subjects.

India is the world’s largest democracy. With a population of 1.40 billion, this democracy is home to people from different communities, religions, and castes. Due to its large population and diverse class divisions, the problems faced by its people are more than in other countries. Poverty and illiteracy in many parts of the country lead to a lack of awareness.

The AICSCA CSC Foundation aims to make people aware of their rights as well as their duties with the spirit of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”. So that they can live a happy life by becoming a part of a citizenized society and our country can once again become economically prosperous and be at the forefront of the world in the field of education, citizenization and culture.

Untouchability, caste discrimination and feudalism, among other problems, continue to persist in many parts of the country. Foreign powers looted this country before independence, but since independence, white-collar leaders and influential figures in power at various periods have spared no effort in oppressing and exploiting the people of the country. As a result, despite a long period after independence, population explosion, superstition, illiteracy, and lack of education and medical care still persist.

Problems like inequality, poverty, child labor, exploitation of children and women, feudalism, communalism, casteism, political pollution, environmental pollution, noise pollution, unemployment, traffic, water, electricity, housing, problems of the elderly, the disabled, farmers and entrepreneurs, economic inequality, etc. continue to persist. Social crimes are increasing.

The objective of the AICSCA CSC Foundation is to monitor the above issues and make the government administration aware of them, to awaken the people and to provide all possible help to every person in the farthest reaches of the country.

AICSCA CSC Foundation works to create awareness and sensitize those suffering from social problems, social evils and superstitions, so that they can face their challenges with courage and move forward. It also works to highlight the hidden talents in the remote areas of the country, so that people can learn about them and provide them with an opportunity to develop their talents like gold.

Additionally, if we examine the rural landscape, farmers face several agriculture-related problems. Due to lack of awareness about their rights, the common people lack the courage to face these challenges and achieve their goals. AICSCA CSC Foundation aims to create awareness and empower people to pursue their goals.

AICSCA CSC Foundation plans to expand its sub-organizations to remote areas and the remotest parts of the country so that they can amplify the voices of the oppressed and the downtrodden and take initiatives to bring them to justice. In this regard, the organization plans to set up units at the national, state, district, city, town and village levels.

All the members associated with AICSCA CSC Foundation are members of All India Citizen Service Centers Association, a sub-organization that is being expanded across India, which includes village level entrepreneurs, customer service centers, Jan Seva Kendras, cyber cafes, Jana Seva Operators, Grama One, Karnataka One, Common Service Centers and Photographers, Digital Seva Kendras, PAN Card Seva Kendras, Bank Mitras, any person providing government and non-government services to any citizen of India, and online service centers related to computer online service centers.

AICSCA CSC Foundation is an organization that provides online services to the public and citizen service centers staff/activists, service workers and intellectuals to highlight various issues of society, bring them to the attention of the government and make all possible efforts to resolve them.

Mr. Sadashivappa Kadlimatti, National President of AICSCA CSC Foundation, is the founder of a service organization called “R5Nance”, whose team consists of highly experienced and other service personnel.

AICSCA CSC Foundation maintains a service portal called https://r5nance.in, where its members conduct citizen services trainings across the country and highlight social issues. The Foundation provides its members with the ability to conduct citizen service trainings.

The All India Citizen Service Centers Association will sensitize the service centre staff and village level entrepreneurs about this issue from time to time so that they do not fall into wrong temptations and lose their identity.

Purpose & Objectives

The main objective of AICSCA CSC Foundation is to provide digital services to rural and urban users by acting as a one-stop solution, providing digital, as well as financial and government and non-government services to citizens.

Social Advocacy: Raises public and civic issues before government officials and administration to combat exploitation and improve transparency.
Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) Empowerment: Operates a Citizen Service Center (CSC) that acts as a local distribution center for government, financial and utility services in rural India. VLEs generate revenue by facilitating services like bill payments, Aadhaar updates and banking for their communities, and provides a unified platform for Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE).
Citizen Awareness: Conducts campaigns, debates, and surveys, as well as trainings, to inform government policies and promote social reform.
Target audience: Rural and remote citizens who do not have direct access to internet services or government offices, providing digital, as well as financial and government and non-government services to citizens.
Role of VLEs: These centers are run by Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), who provide services to promote rural entrepreneurship.
Coverage: There are over 1.5 lakh centers operating across India, which play a vital role in financial inclusion and digital literacy.

AICSCA CSC Services to be Provided

Digital service centers provide a wide range of G2C (government to citizen) and B2C (business to citizen) services, including:

Government Services: Aadhaar Registration/Updates, PAN Card Application, Passport, Driving License, e-District Services (Caste/Income Certificates), Voter ID Card and Ration Card.
Financial Services: Banking and Money Transfer (AePS), Insurance and Pension Services (Jeevan Paraman).
Utility and Digital Payments: Mobile/DTH Recharges, Electricity/Water Bill Payments and Tax Filing.
Education and Health: Scholarship Registrations, Telecommunication Law and Health Consultations.
Bringing online services for the disabled, economically, socially, educationally into the mainstream of society.
While the main AICSCA CSC scheme is government-backed, several private institutions operate similar services under names like “Digital Seva Kendra” or “Digital Grameen Seva” and provide utility payments and document services. However, the official government-backed network is identified as the “Common Seva Kendra (AICSCA CSC)”.

To work for the unity, integrity and development of the nation, to alleviate the suffering of the people, to promote the interests of the poor, to protect the environment, to create awareness in the society through organization, to provide every civic service to the public, to provide basic social services and to undertake activities for community development.

Supporting social mobilization, service delivery, training, learning and research, and voicing public expectations in the country, as well as monitoring government performance, facilitating dialogue and ensuring political accountability.

The AICSCA CSC Foundation aims to involve its intellectual and experienced members in the committees it has created (consultation and strategic support, task forces, and advisory committees) so that the government can utilize their experience and expertise.

To fulfill our mission across India, we must contribute in the national interest to strengthen democracy by organizing a large group of citizens connected to citizen service centers, operators connected to customer service centers, village level entrepreneurs, and citizens associated with service centers by expressing their voices.

Citizen Service Centers have played a significant role in the independence and development of the country. It is impossible to fulfill these objectives without the support of service centers or village level entrepreneurs. Therefore, to achieve these objectives, the Citizen Service Centers Foundation has been registered, with service centers as its foundation. The foundation also provides other social services while prioritizing the interests of citizen services.

AICSCA CSC Foundation is committed to serving the interests of village level entrepreneurs and their staff by providing education to village level entrepreneurs and, as a result, providing them with a good income so that they do not have to face financial difficulties in old age.

Advocating for the rights of village level entrepreneurs and monitoring violations.
Establishing a framework of responsibility and ethics in the conduct of village level entrepreneurs.
Providing online education in technical skills and news writing.
Partnering with like-minded village level entrepreneurs professionals within and outside the borders to promote knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Supervise the content of citizen services to promote fair and balanced coverage of village-level entrepreneurs.
Promote fair village-level entrepreneur laws and village-level entrepreneur reforms.
Raise the level of qualifications for reporting on specific news areas.
Support community, exile and alternative village-level entrepreneurs.
To promote journalistic excellence by involving various sectors of society in the development of quality village level entrepreneurs in India.
The primary project of the Foundation is to establish a “CSC Gruha” for village level entrepreneurs, equipped with all modern facilities, which will enable them to live with their spouse or alone. They will get free accommodation, food and other facilities and will also have the opportunity to impart patriotic village level entrepreneur education to the youth of the nation. Any income they earn as a result of their education will be entirely theirs.

The membership of AICSCA CSC Foundation is for individuals engaged in social VLE, including members of the All India Citizen Service Centers Association, a sub-organization of service centers, including village level entrepreneurs, customer service centers, Jana Seva Kendras, cyber cafes, Jana Seva operators, Grama One, Karnataka One, Common Service Centers and Photographers, Digital Service Centers, PAN Card Service Centers, Bank Mitra (BC), any person providing government and non-government services to any citizen of India, and online service centers associated with computer service centers. Online service associated with service centers is open to customer service centers.

Membership in the Foundation of Citizen Service Centers is available only by applying online.

Income and Expenditure

The AICSCA CSC Foundation spends the membership and grant funds it receives to fulfill its stated objectives.
